Jumpers

Jumpers at the Hampstead Theatre, London, promises to be a compelling revival of Tom Stoppard’s revered 1972 comedy, which has not graced the London stage for over two decades. Set against the backdrop of a politically charged 1960s Britain, the play follows George, a Professor of Moral Philosophy, who finds himself entangled in chaos as his wife Dotty, a former musical star, hosts an extravagant party featuring live music and acrobatics. This unique blend of murder, marriage, and metaphysics is sure to provoke thought and entertain. The production is set to run until 2027-01-23, with the exact running time yet to be confirmed. As part of Hampstead Theatre’s tradition of showcasing remarkable seasonal revivals, this production is directed by Blanche McIntyre.
